Human ResourcesFull Time / Part Time

You will implement Higher Images’ human resources programs, including interviews, exit interviews, on-boarding, and training and development. Your duties include administering benefits and compensation plans, recruiting new hires, and supporting employees with issues related to employment and compensation. You will develop human resources policies in accordance with the vision of the company, as developed by the President. You will be involved with staff performance management, conduct yearly reviews, and have excellent people and communication skills. You are a highly motivated and adept problem solver.

AccountingFull Time / Part Time

Knowledge of billing procedures, attention to detail, and communication skills are key. You will be working with customers every day to discuss payments, so you have to be a people person as well as a numbers person.

Administrative SupportFull Time / Part Time

As support staff, you will handle clerical duties, answering phones, use the office filing system, and maintain office policies and processes. You’ll work closely with clients providing top-notch customer support and also serve as a liaison between staff and clients. This position supports both the administrative assistant and the Chief Operating Officer by working closely together on general and special projects as needed.

Administrative AssistantFull Time / Part Time

You will be in charge of day-to-day operations at an administrative level and provide high-level customer service to clients. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and organization, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Duties include answering phones, performing general office duties such as filing, processing outgoing mail, and entering technical support requests on behalf of clients. Additionally, you will input data entry for new account set-ups, schedule internal and external meetings for staff members, and print and mail monthly account statements. You will assist the COO daily with general support and other projects as needed.

Intern SalesFull Time / Part Time

This position requires you to collect data from potential and actual sales and marketing campaigns, target and identify potential leads, and perform cold calling services. You will support the sales team in their administrative tasks and are expected to perform market analysis in highlighted industries, as directed by the Account Manager.

Account ManagerFull Time / Part Time

Account managers are seasoned sales professionals who carry an impressive track record of sales, client interaction, and customer service skills. You will supervise sales staff and to make sure sales goals are being met. You have to possess proven negotiation and analytic skills so you can analyze sales metrics to provide to the President. Additionally, you will provide training and mentorship to sales staff. Other duties include serving as liaison to SEO, web development, and PR departments. You will resolve issues for clients in a timely manner. Must possess excellent problem solving, communication and team management skills.

Sales AssistantFull Time / Part Time

Your duties include assisting sales with targeting potential leads, making cold calls, setting sales appointments, and managing the Hubspot CRM software system and other reporting tools. You must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills, and you will need to stay up-to-date with new practices.

SalesFull Time / Part Time

You will work with SEO and web development teams to bring in new clients to Higher Images. You will use Higher Images’ toolbox of sales management and CRM products, including HubSpot CRM, to help identify possible leads. This includes working with clients to find solutions to their sales goals using Higher Images’ digital marketing products. Also, you will create proposals and manage multiple accounts. Work on improving the customer experience through continuous relationships. Develop and monitor monthly and yearly sales forecasts and monitor sales analytics. You must possess excellent problem solving, communication and negotiation skills.

Intern Designer/DevelopersFull Time / Part Time

You will gain experience with a long-standing digital media company by assisting the Higher Images web development team with web design, web development, and programming tasks. You will gain hands-on experience as you assist the development team as they build websites for our clients. You should have knowledge of HTML (5), CSS (3), WordPress, PHP, Javascript/jQuery, Bootstrap, FTP, and Adobe Creative Suite CC. You should have great interpersonal skills, be deadline oriented, and have an eye for detail.

ProgrammersFull Time / Part Time

You are responsible for designing and coding web pages, applications, and programs. Great communication skills are required to discuss project with clients and Higher Images sales, development, and SEO staff. Experience in email management, DNS Services Management, HTML, CSS, WordPress, FTP is required. You should also understand basic SEO techniques and have basic graphic skills. Technical support experience is a plus.

You must be experienced in HTML (5), CSS (3), WordPress, PHP, Javascript/jQuery, Bootstrap, Adobe Creative Suite CC experience, and FTP. It is imperative that you possess great communication skills are required to communicate with clients and HI sales, development, and SEO staff. You must be creative, detail-oriented, innovative, deadline-oriented and organized. You must have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal teams and clientele.

Intern MarketingFull Time / Part Time

Assist Higher Images’ digital marketing campaigns while learning about marketing tools, client interaction, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns and practices. Assist with SEO and social media reporting, set up clients in Higher Images’ internal system, and prepare monthly reports. Support the SEO, SEM, and social media specialists. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and prepare updates on best practices. Must have excellent written and verbal skills and a passion for digital marketing.

Social Media SpecialistsFull Time / Part Time

This position requires a strong understanding of all social media platforms. You are responsible for creating and growing a successful online presence and following for Higher Images clients. Duties include creating and setting up all social media services in conjunction with our SEO team, using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives. You must be creative, detail and deadline-oriented, organized and have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal teams and clientele. You must have 2+ years of experience with social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, FourSquare, Pinterest, Yelp, Flickr, LinkedIn, etc. Familiarity with SEO is a plus.

This position is in charge of PPC, remarketing, and display and mobile advertising. You will develop paid search and other advertising campaigns, discuss business goals with clients, research competitors, collect and analyze data, and track and report website statistics as related to campaigns. You will also manage paid search budgets and write monthly client reports to detail your ROI. You should possess strong analytical tools, be knowledgeable with bid management software, and have in-depth experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

SEO Specialists are responsible for improving a company’s organic search results by creating and launching SEO campaigns, identifying areas of improvement, and improving the clients’ site rankings in major search engines. You must have in-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization strategies, techniques, and implementation, including Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Word Press, and social media including Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Additionally, you must be detail oriented, have strong writing and verbal skills, and must possess excellent customer service skills. You will review website analytics data, conduct client meetings weekly to discuss SEO reports and goals, and generate monthly reports for clients.

Content WritersFull Time / Part Time

You are an experienced writer who will craft webpage content, client blogs and articles, newsletter articles, and press releases as needed for a variety of industries. Both in-house and direct client assignments will be done on time and with professional polish. You must have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal teams and clientele. Excellent writing skills plus grammar and spelling knowledge are required.

PR SpecialistFull Time / Part Time

You will promote Higher Images and its clients using a variety of tools, including SEO, email distribution systems, business wire distribution systems, social media, media coverage, and blogging. Your duties include writing white papers, press releases, social media posts, blogs, newsletters, employee profiles, and trade shows materials. You will also manage media relations and requests for tours and interviews. You must be organized and able to manage multiple clients at once. You must have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal teams and clientele. Excellent writing skills and grammar and spelling knowledge are required. You should be familiar with digital media and SEO.
